Someone from Anchor is available 24/7 to our clients and to our agents in the field. We are small enough that you can speak to anyone and they will know about your file, but large enough to handle anything you can throw at us.
Our office staff is composed of notaries as well as individuals who have previously been employed in the title, banking, and insurance industries. We have over a decade of experience in these various fields and we feel that it is a crucial part of our continued success. That knowledge is utilized daily to assist our clients and settlement agents to close deals quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
Our agents are very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We have thousands of pre‑interviewed notaries who know exactly what we expect of them. Many are bi‑lingual and have mobile printing capabilities. In addition to our one million dollar E&O insurance policy, most of our agents have their own individual policies. We ensure skilled representation, efficient and timely signings, and courteous service. They are a representative not only of our company, but yours as well — we hold our agents to the highest of standards, because we are only as good as our last closing.
